If you're using Tasty Links with the WordPress Gutenberg editor you can easily add a Tasty Links – Featured Links block to highlight your favorite affiliate or sponsored links in your post.
First, setup your Tasty Links. More details on adding links here: Adding a new Tasty Link.
From your page or post, select the Tasty Links – Featured Links block.
Then simply add a headline and select the products you would like featured from the Tasty Links – Featured Links dropdown.
